HR OFFICER
   

 

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Plans, prepares overseas, coordinates and implements company initiated activities
  • Overseas implementation of incentive programs, awards, benefits and salary increases per company policy for the upliftment of employee morale
  • Coordinate in planning, analyzing and forecasting manpower requirements of the company
  • Provides guidance and councelling to employees to ensure harmonious working relationship
  • Advises Top Management on HR related matters/issues and recommends measures for its improvements and developments
  • Establishes smooth, constant and open communication lines between management and labor
  • Establishes and maintains employee communication programs
  • Maintains and periodically reviews job description of and conducts job evaluation
  • Ensures adherence to established policies, rules and procedures of the company
  • Ensures company compliance to government regulations, labor codes, building code, SSS and others agencies, requiring licenses, permits, registration etc
  • Monitors and evaluates performance of staff; Trains and ensures the staff has necessary competencies
  • Formulates and implements orientation program for newly-hired employees

 

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Graduate of BS-Psychology, Behavioral Science or any related course.
  • With at least 3-5 years of exosure in Human Resources Supervision.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Computer Literacy/ Leadership skills
