Sam P. Caguicla

Samuel P. Caguicla is on his second stint with ERGO, this time as Vice President for Special Projects and Consultant at large. He first joined ERGO in 1999 wherein he occupied two positions: first as Vice President and eventually as OIC – Chief Operations Officer until 2001.

A graduate of Colegio de San Juan de Letran with a BS degree in Economics, Sam’s long string of work experiences has been in two diverse fields. His jobs at Instruktura Builders & Services Inc. (as VP Operations),   Marsman Drysdale Design and Furniture Inc., Amaranth Industries, among others were in management operations.  However, he followed his father’s footsteps in the field of marketing and advertising.  This evolved into diverse applications such as his setting up his own billboard advertising and events management firm and acting as consultants for various politicians in their election campaigns.

In spite of his busy schedule, he still manages to actively participate in a Non-Government Organization with the Eastern Police District and founded the SONAR (Special Operations Network for Assistance and Rescue). 

Sam’s work experiences as well as his exposure to various business environments come in good stead in his current position in ERGO and his critical membership in the Executive Committee.
