RESPONSIBILITIES
- Directly oversees assigned projects. Coordinates with customers, Project Managers, Architects, and Interior Designer on the fit-out and scheduling of the installation of furnitures at the project site
- Manage the customer's expectations, and ensure we have a smooth engagement with external parties
- Work with Sales Deparment in reviewing costing of installation for major project
- Keep within budget, liquidate and submit an accounting of expense to PMG Director as well as Finance Group
- Cooperate with PRoduction, Warehouse, and Delivery Departments, on meeting the client's expecetation. Spearhead the scheduling, and ensure that we meet our commitments, such as but not limited to, Delivery Date.
- Ensure site readiness, availability of staging area, permits, and plan logistics of the project with the Delivery Team. Completeness of items delivered on-site with zero tolerance on miss-outs
- Guarantee te collection of the Certificate of Completion & Acceptance (COCA) from the customer once the project has been completed. COCA must be turned over to the Collections Management Group
- Conduct post-installation assessment with the Installation Team, and provide PMG Director feedback on process improvement. Monitors performance of installers according to quality and time standard
- Participates in Job Site Meeting or Project Meeting with external and internal parties
- Assist PMG Director in tasking of Project Supervisors. Mentor Project Supervisors and JuniorProject Managers on Project Management
- Conduct Performance Evaluation of Project Supervisors, Junioe PMs, and technical staff

QUALIFICATIONS
- A gradute of Bachelor of Science in Architecture, Interior Design, or Engineering. Board passers are highly desireable.
- Minimum of 2 years of field experience in project management, and fit-out, or furniture installation.
- Knowledge in AutoCAD and Primavera is a plus.
- Capable of working on multipl projects at the same time. Should have displayed leadership competencies such as planning, organizing, problem analysis & solving.
- Candidates must be willing to travel locally. Drivers License will be a plus.
