                          RESPONSIBILITIES
                            
                              - Plans, prepares overseas, coordinates and implements company initiated activities
 
                              - Overseas implementation of incentive programs, awards, benefits and salary increases per company policy for the upliftment of employee morale
 
                              - Coordinate in planning, analyzing and forecasting manpower requirements of the company
 
                              - Provides guidance and councelling to employees to ensure harmonious working relationship
 
                              - Advises Top Management on HR related matters/issues and recommends measures for its improvements and developments
 
                              - Establishes smooth, constant and open communication lines between management and labor
 
                              - Establishes and maintains employee communication programs
 
                              - Maintains and periodically reviews job description of and conducts job evaluation
 
                              - Ensures adherence to established policies, rules and procedures of the company
 
                              - Ensures company compliance to government regulations, labor codes, building code, SSS and others agencies, requiring licenses, permits, registration etc
 
                              - Monitors and evaluates performance of staff; Trains and ensures the staff has necessary competencies
 
                              - Formulates and implements orientation program for newly-hired employees

                          QUALIFICATIONS
                            
                              - Graduate of BS-Psychology, Behavioral Science or any related course.
 
                              - With at least 3-5 years of exosure in Human Resources Supervision.
 
                              - Good interpersonal and communication skills.
 
                              - Computer Literacy/ Leadership skills
